Return Policy

There is a 24 hour window for cancellations & rescheduling (excluding free consultations). If cancellations or rescheduling is done after the 24 hour window, there will be a a $225 fee will be charged to your credit card. No-shows will be charged $300. Payment in full is due prior to your treatment(s) unless other payment arrangements have been made. All sales are final post 24 hours and non refundable. SKINNEY Medspa does not process returns or exchanges for either opened or unopened products. Any services prepaid, or packages prepaid cannot be returned after the 24 hour period or once packages are started. The purchased value of your service can be exchanged for products, a gift card, or other services. Promotions and coupons cannot be added to any preexisting purchases.

How does billing work?

Your membership is auto-drafted monthly on the date you enroll.

Do my perks roll over?

Yes! Membership perks and credits are valid for 60 days from issue date.

Can I share my membership perks with someone else?

Yes! Membership credits are transferable to friends or family up to two times per year.

How do I keep track of my membership and perks?

Your membership status, credits, and perks are all tracked directly in your client profile within our booking system, Boulevard.

Can I freeze my membership?

Memberships may be frozen once per 12-month period with the following guidelines:
Freeze requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your billing date
No retroactive freezes / injectable pricing is paused during the freeze
Maximum freeze length is 3 months

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require 30 days’ notice. Any unused perks or credits expire upon cancellation.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment.
Early cancellation is subject to a $250 early termination fee or forfeiture of any unused membership credits—whichever is greater.

Can I combine my birthday credit with other service credits?

Birthday credits cannot be combined with other service credits.
