Struggling to achieve your desired results at the gym? Elevate your workout experience with truFlex™! This innovative device is a non-invasive solution for toning and strengthening muscles, utilizing electrical muscle stimulation to induce intense contractions deep within the muscle tissue. truFlex™ operates by delivering pulses to stimulate muscles, providing a targeted and effective workout for each specific area. Users undergo a painless series of treatments spread over several weeks, delivering impressive results with minimal to no downtime.
FDA-approved, TruFlex™ is designed to enhance and tone multiple body regions simultaneously—up to eight areas at once. The unique Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) technology delivers three treatment options by replicating intensified crunch, squat and twisting actions.
The results of truSculpt flex are permanent, but regular exercise and a healthy diet are required to maintain muscle mass and definition.
Some patients opt for bi-monthly truScupt flex maintenance sessions to maintain their more sculpted figure while others achieve their results and maintain them through personalized exercise and diet habits.

“TruFlex uses electrical muscle stimulation to strengthen several muscle groups at once, with no downtime. Keep in mind it builds muscle rather than reducing fat, so we often pair it with a fat reduction treatment when you want a fully sculpted result.”
“TruFlex is great when you want to tone several areas at once, like your abs, glutes and thighs. The contractions feel strong but manageable, and I adjust the intensity throughout your session so you stay comfortable the entire time you're here.”
“I love pairing it with CoolSculpting. One reduces the fat, the other strengthens the muscle underneath, so the area looks sculpted instead of just smaller. Most clients start to see more definition after a short series of weekly sessions together.”
