Clay has been used to promote skin health for thousands of years, especially among the ancient Egyptians, Aztecs, and Mayans. Clay has been shown to detoxify skin by drawing out oil, dirt and bacteria from the pores. It also improves circulation, reducing inflammation in the skin which helps to prevent acne.
