DIY Body Scrub

DIY Foot Soak

Beauty experts say all you need are three essential items: Epsom salt, lemon, and warm water. Epsom salt is meant to help ease muscles, decrease inflammation, and reduce stress. Lemon is antimicrobial.

To create your DIY foot soak, fill a tub or pail with warm water. Take two lemons and squeeze them in. Add two cups of Epsom salt and stir. Soak your feet for about 15 minutes and then rinse off.
